• Email Address: We collect your email address when you provide it to us for account creation, event notifications, updates, or support purposes.

  • To display host information for event participants (if applicable)
  • To personalize your event management experience

3. Event Data and Questions

Regarding event content and participant questions:

• Questions submitted by attendees are transmitted in real-time to event hosts
• Questions are temporarily stored only for the duration of the active event
• Questions are automatically deleted after the event is ended by the host
• We do not permanently store, analyze, or access the content of questions
• Event codes are automatically deactivated after events end

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations or court orders
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of VerseCity Technology, our users, or others

All data transmission is encrypted, and event questions are processed in real-time without permanent storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your personal information as follows:

• Name and Email: Retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services
• Event Questions: Automatically deleted when the event host ends the event session
• Event Codes: Deactivated immediately when events are ended
• You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information and account
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Request data portability
• End your events at any time to delete associated question data

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete such information immediately.

9. Anonymous Participation

Event attendees can participate anonymously without providing any personal information. Attendees only need to enter the event code to submit questions. We do not collect names, email addresses, or other identifying information from event participants unless they voluntarily provide it.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
